Disclaimer of Affiliation

Optimon is an independent, fan-made companion app for Pokemon GO. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Niantic, Inc., Nintendo Co., Ltd., The Pokemon Company, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All Pokemon-related content, trademarks, and intellectual property referenced within the App are the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or services
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or premium subscription to another person
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding Pokemon-related intellectual property belonging to their respective owners), features, and functionality are owned by BUSY ApS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content without our express written permission.

Subscription Terms

The App offers optional premium subscriptions that provide an ad-free experience and access to additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions will honor the price at the time of purchase until renewal

User Content

Any content you provide through the App (such as trainer profile information and support requests) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BUSY ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denmark.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
